134.04 COMPENSATION.

The officers and employees of the Department of Public Safety shall receive such compensation as Council shall from time to time provide. Except as indicated herein, those employees not covered by a collective bargaining agreement shall receive such benefits as indicated under Chapter 157, Employees Generally.
