134.03 ANNUAL PHYSICAL EXAMINATION.

All members of the Department of Public Safety shall, not more than once each year, upon the order of the Mayor/Director of Public Safety, submit themselves to a duly licensed physician to be chosen by the Municipality for a complete physical examination, a report of which shall be filed with the Mayor/Director of Public Safety. The cost of such examination shall be borne by the Municipality.
