133.05 ANNUAL PHYSICAL EXAMINATION.

All members of the Department of Public Service shall, at least once each year, upon the order of the Mayor, submit themselves to a duly licensed physician to be chosen by the Municipality for a complete physical examination, a report of which shall be filed with the Mayor. The cost of such examination shall be borne by the Municipality.
