131.02 COMPOSITION OF DEPARTMENT.
   The Department of Taxation shall consist of the following personnel to receive such compensation as Council may from time to time provide:
   (a)   Tax Administrator. The Finance Director shall be and perform the duties of the Tax Administrator.
   (b)   Assistant Tax Administrator. The Assistant Director of Finance shall be the Assistant Tax Administrator and shall perform such duties as are required by the Tax Administrator for the collection of City income taxes and as are set forth in Chapter 173 of the Codified Ordinances.
   (c)   Tax Clerk. One position is hereby established for Tax Clerk which shall be full-time employment, to be appointed by the Mayor.
   (d)   Part-time Clerical. There is hereby created the position of part-time clerical within the Tax Department to work under the direction of and as scheduled by the Tax Administrator, as needed, to be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the Mayor.
