131.01 ESTABLISHMENT; DIRECTION AND CONTROL.

Pursuant to Section 8.03.04 of the Charter, there is hereby established a Department of Taxation which shall be directed and controlled by the Director of Finance who shall administer all provisions of law, ordinance and regulation relating to the levying and collection of an income tax.
