129.13 PAYMENT FOR SUSTENANCE OF PRISONERS.

The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to appropriate sums sufficient to pay the costs incurred by the Bedford Heights Municipal Prison in providing food, sustenance, and necessary supplies for its prisoners in accordance with Ohio R.C. 753.02.
