129.03 PAYMENT FOR MEDICAL EXAM FOR SEX OFFENSE VICTIMS.

The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to appropriate sums sufficient to pay the costs incurred by a medical facility conducting an examination of a sex offense committed within the City in accordance with Ohio R. C. 2907.28.
