129.02 SPECIAL ASSESSMENT CHARGES INFORMATION.

    The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following charges:

   (a)   A charge of three dollars ($3.00) per parcel of land per request for information regarding the amount of special assessments.

   (b)    A charge of five dollars ($5.00) per parcel of land per request for splitting special assessments.

   All receipts for the above-mentioned service shall be paid into the General Fund and all expenses in connection therewith shall be paid therefrom.
