129.01 PERSONNEL.

   There are hereby established in the Department of Finance the following positions to be appointed by the Mayor, to receive such compensation as Council may from time to time provide:

   (a)    Director of Finance;

   (b)    Assistant Director of Finance;

   (c)    One Administrative Aide, full time;

   (d)    One Finance Clerk/Accounts Payable, full-time.

   (e)    One full-time clerical employee;

   (f)    One part-time clerical and/or secretary employee, as needed.

   All personnel of the Department of Finance shall be at least eighteen (18) years of age and a high school graduate or possess equivalent experience and/or relevant education and shall perform such duties as are set forth in the City’s Employee Job Descriptions and as the same are hereafter amended and approved by the Mayor and the Finance Director. Such employees shall receive such benefits as indicated under Chapter 157, Employees Generally.
