127.06 ASSISTANT PROSECUTING ATTORNEY.
   There is hereby created the position of Assistant Prosecuting to assist in the performance of the duties of the Prosecuting Attorney to be appointed by Council to serve at the pleasure thereof. The Assistant Prosecuting shall be an attorney at law, duly admitted to the practice of law before the courts of the State and shall receive such compensation and have such other duties as are determined by Council. Council may appoint the same attorney to serve in both the positions of Assistant Law Director and Assistant Prosecuting Attorney.
