127.03 ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF LAW.

There is hereby created the position of Assistant Director of Law to assist in the performance of the duties of the Director of Law to be appointed by Council to serve at the pleasure thereof. The Assistant Director of Law shall be an attorney at law, duly admitted to the practice of law before the courts of the State and shall receive such compensation and have such other duties as are determined by Council.
