127.02 DUTIES OF DIRECTOR.

   The Director of Law shall serve the Council, Mayor and the various administrative departments, boards and officers of the Municipality in all proceedings before court or before any administrative body. The Director of Law shall perform all other duties now or hereafter imposed by the Charter or by general law unless otherwise provided by ordinance of Council, and shall perform such other duties as Council or the Mayor may require consistent with the office.
