127.01 DIRECTOR; APPOINTMENT; QUALIFICATIONS.

The head of the Department of Law shall be the Director of Law, who shall be appointed by Council to serve at the pleasure thereof. The Director of Law shall be an attorney at law, duly admitted to the practice of law before the courts of the State.
