125.04 ASSISTANT MUNICIPAL ENGINEER.

The Engineer shall act as the Municipal Engineer of the City in all engineering matters as requested by the City. The Engineer may recommend an individual with the qualifications as required by this chapter to serve as Assistant Municipal Engineer. Said individual shall perform all such engineering duties as assigned by the Engineer. The Assistant Municipal Engineer shall be subject to appointment by the Mayor. The Assistant Municipal Engineer shall receive such compensation as Council may from time to time provide by resolution. He or she shall be a professional Engineer registered to practice in the State of Ohio.
