125.03 TRANSPORTATION; INSURANCE .

   The Engineer shall provide, at his or her own expense, transportation for himself or herself and for his or her assistants and carry the necessary property damage and public liability insurance to protect the City against any loss or claims resulting from the operation of his or her motor vehicles. Such insurance policies and the limits of liability thereof shall meet with the approval of the Director of Law, but such limits shall not be less than one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for bodily injury to one person in any accident and three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for more than one person in any one accident and twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) property damage in one accident.
