123.04 COPYING AND CERTIFYING DOCUMENTS.

(a) The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized and directed to charge the fees for copying of documents: found in the City’s Public Records Policy set forth at Section 152.04 herein.

(b) There will be a charge of fifty cents ($.50) per certification for certifying copies of documents.

(c) There will be a charge of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for complete copies of the City’s Codified Ordinances and fifty dollars ($50.00) for complete copies of the Planning and Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances.

(d) Established costs/fees under the City’s Public Records Policy shall be clearly posted and visible to the public.
