123.01 PERSONNEL.
   There is hereby established in the office of the Clerk of Council the following positions, to be appointed by Council, as the personal aides, clerks and/or secretaries to the Clerk of Council to receive such compensation as shall from time to time be established by Council:
   (a)    Assistant Clerk of Council (full-time);
   (b)    One full-time clerical.
   (c)   Up to three part-time clerical, not to exceed thirty hours per week.
   All personnel of the office of the Clerk of Council shall be at least eighteen (18) years of age and be a high school graduate or possess equivalent experience and/or relevant education and shall perform such duties as set forth in the City’s Employee Job Descriptions and as the same are hereafter amended and approved by Council. Such employees shall receive such benefits as indicated under Chapter 157. Employees Generally.
