121.01 PERSONNEL.
   There are hereby established in the Executive Department the following positions to be appointed by the Mayor, and to serve at the pleasure of the Mayor, to be compensated as Council may from time to time provide:
   (a)    Two Administrative Assistants to the Mayor.
   (b)    Secretary to the Mayor.
   (c)   Telephone Receptionist.
The duties and responsibilities of the above personnel of the Executive Department
shall be as set forth in the City’s Employee Job Descriptions and as the same are hereafter amended and approved by the Mayor. Such employees shall be at least eighteen (18) years of age and a high school graduate or possess equivalent experience and/or relevant education. Such employees shall receive such benefits as indicated under Chapter 157, Employees Generally and be under the direct supervision of the Mayor.
