111.27 COPIES OF PROCEDURE AND LEGISLATION.

   (a)   The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized and directed to provide copies of this chapter and all other ordinances and resolutions passed by Council to the following:

 

Mayor               Fire Chief    Each member of Council      Safety Director    Director of Finance         Director of Public Service    Director of Law         Director of Water Reclamation    Assistant Director of Law      Building Commissioner    Prosecutor            Director of Community Life    Municipal Engineer         Director of Economic and    Chief of Police            Community Development

   In the event the same person holds one or more of the above listed positions, then it shall be sufficient to furnish such person one copy of the aforementioned legislation.

   (b)   The Clerk of Council shall provide and keep on file all legislation adopted by Council and make copies for the use of interested persons, provided the required fee is paid therefor.
