111.26 PROCEDURE NOT COVERED HEREIN.

Questions of parliamentary procedure not covered by or included in this chapter shall be determined by the presiding officer in accordance with Robert’s Rules of Order, unless otherwise provided for in the Ohio Revised Code or the ordinances and resolutions of the City.
