Notes to Schedule 1181.05 (a) A minimum of five (5) spaces is required for each facility other than one-family detached dwellings. (b) For a specific building or use not scheduled above, the Planning Commission shall apply the unit of measurement of the above schedule deemed to be most similar to the proposed building or use based on requirements for similar uses, location of proposed use, surrounding land uses, expected demand and traffic generated by the proposed use, and appropriate traffic engineering and planning criteria and information. | |
