111.10 ATTENDANCE AT MEETINGS.

   (a)   In addition to the Mayor and Council, the Clerk of Council or his or her representative shall attend all regular and special Council meetings. The Clerk of Council or his or her representative shall also attend all committee, board or commission meetings.

   (b)   The Mayor and any Council member may attend those committee, board or commission meetings of which he or she is not a regular member and participate thereat as a concerned party but shall have no vote thereat.

   (c)   The Director of Law and/or his or her representative shall attend all regular and special Council meetings and Civil Service Commission, Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals meetings. The Director of Law and/or his or her representative may attend such other committee, board or commission meetings as deemed necessary by the Director of Law or as the Mayor, President of Council or chairman of the committee, board or commission may request.

   (d)   The following officers or their authorized representatives shall attend all regular Council meetings, unless excused by the Mayor or the presiding officer, and such special Council meetings and committee, board and commission meetings as the Mayor, President of Council or the chairman of the committee, board or commission may request:

 

Finance Director Municipal Engineer Chief of Police Chief of Fire Directors of departments.
