111.01 REGULAR MEETINGS.

   (a)   Time. Council shall hold regular meetings on the first and third Tuesdays of each month at 7:00 p.m., provided that the time for the commencement of any regular meeting may be changed by a majority vote of the entire Council made at any prior regular Council meeting. When the day fixed for any regular meeting of Council falls upon a day designated by law as a legal holiday, such meeting shall be held at the same hour on the next succeeding day not a holiday.

   (b)   Place. All regular meetings of Council shall be held in the Council Chambers of the City Hall or at such places as determined by a majority vote of Council at a preceding Council meeting.

   (c)   Suspended Meetings. Council may, by a majority vote of those elected thereto at any regular meeting, suspend any two regular meetings during the months of July and August notwithstanding subsection (a) above.
