1123.219 VEHICLE, OFF-ROAD (ORV).

“Off-road vehicle” means a vehicle, including dune buggies and all-terrain vehicles, snowmobiles, trail bikes, mopeds, and motorbikes, designed for use on unimproved surfaces.
