(a) As used in Chapter 157 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Bedford Heights, the terms “Administrative Assistant” or “Administrative Aide” are defined as follows:
(1) Those persons employed by the City of Bedford Heights as Administrative Assistants or Administrative Aides for a minimum period of five (5) years shall be designated as “Senior Administrative Assistant” and/or “Senior Administrative Aide” for purposes of the City’s Comprehensive Pay Ordinance. The range for compensation for this position shall be established in the Comprehensive Pay Ordinance.
(2) Those persons employed by the City of Bedford Heights as “Administrative Assistant” and/or “Administrative Aide” for a period of less than five (5) years shall be designated as “Junior Administrative Assistant” and/or “Junior Administrative Aide” for purposes of the City’s Comprehensive Pay Ordinance. The range for compensation for this position shall be established by the Comprehensive Pay Ordinance.
