130.04 COMPENSATION.

The Manager of Human Resources shall receive compensation as provided by ordinance of Council under the City’s Comprehensive Pay Ordinance. If the position of Manager of Human Resources is filled prior to the adoption of the City’s Comprehensive Pay Ordinance, the hourly rate of pay is hereby established as thirty-five dollars ($35.00) per hour.
