130.03 MANAGER’S DUTIES.

   There is hereby created the position of Manager of Human Resources. The Manager of Human Resources shall be appointed by the Mayor, subjet to approval by a majority vote of City Council. The Manager of Human Resources shall report to the Mayor. The Manager of Human Resources shall perform such duties as may be requested by the Mayor pursuant to the job description for said position. The Manager of Human Resources position shall be a part-time position until such time as this ordinance may be amended by Council to provide for a full-time position. (Ord. 2021-008. Passed 2-16-21.)
