SECTION 6.09. CLERK OF COUNCIL.
The Council shall appoint a Clerk of Council who shall be:
The Clerk of the Council;
The Secretary of the Planning Commission;
Secretary of the Board of Zoning Appeals; and
Secretary of such other Boards and Commissions as the Council may establish by ordinance.
The Clerk of Council shall keep the records of the Council and of the Boards and Commissions of which he/she is secretary. The Clerk of Council shall authenticate all records, documents and instruments of the Municipality on which authentication is required or proper and for that purpose may have and use a seal.
