1378.08 RELIANCE ON CERTIFICATE OF INSPECTION AND COMPLIANCE DOCUMENT.

In issuing a certificate of inspection and/or a certificate of compliance, the city does not thereby insure, warrant or guarantee to the holder thereof, to his/her assignees or any other interested party that such certificate or certificates contain all of the violations or the correction of such violations of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Bedford Heights or statutes of the state. Such certificate or certificates should be considered by all parties as the city's best effort to make known to lessors, owners, lessees and purchasers of real estate the violations discovered on a given property at the time the inspection is made or the correction of such violations upon re-inspection and the issuance of a certificate of compliance. A copy of this section, or a digest thereof, shall be contained in each certificate of inspection and certificate of compliance. (Ord. 2018-079. Passed 9-18-18.)
