1378.06 FORMS, RULES AND REGULATIONS; APPEALS.

The Building Official is authorized and directed to promulgate such forms, rules and regulations as are necessary for the efficient administration of this Chapter. Rights of appeal from the decision of the Building Official to the Board of Zoning Appeals shall be in accordance with the provisions contained in the Codified Ordinances of the City of Bedford Heights for appeals to the Board of Zoning Appeals.
