1317.03 INTERPRETATION.

Wherever titles, words and phrases are used in portions of the ASCE/SEI 24-05 Flood Resistant Design and Construction Standards adopted in Section 1317.01, such terms shall be construed to mean the equivalent officer, word or phrase applicable to the Municipality.
