1307.05 ADMINISTRATION OF THE INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE.

Administration and enforcement of the International Property Maintenance Code for all structures within the City of Bedford Heights is the duty of the Building Commissioner and his assistants and shall comply with the provisions of the International Property Maintenance Code.
