141.07 AQUATICS LIFEGUARDS AND INSTRUCTORS.

   (a)    There is hereby created the position of part-time Aquatics Lifeguard who will be directly responsible to the Community Life Aquatics & Sports Manager and who shall perform assigned lifeguard tasks as necessary for operation of the outdoor municipal pool facility during the summer season and lifeguard duties at the indoor municipal swimming pool facility year-round as needed.

   (b)    The Aquatics Lifeguard shall possess the qualifications and perform all job duties for this position as indicated in the job description for this position prepared by the Mayor and Community Life Director.

   (c)    There is hereby created the position of part-time Aquatics Instructor who will be directly responsible to the Community Life Aquatics & Sports Manager and who shall perform assigned aquatics instruction tasks as necessary for operation of the outdoor municipal pool facility during the summer season and aquatics instruction duties at the indoor municipal swimming pool facility year-round as needed.

   (d)    The Aquatics Instructor shall possess the qualifications and perform all job duties for this position as indicated in the job description for this position prepared by the Mayor and Community Life Director.

   (e)   There is hereby created the part-time position of Aquatics Basic Safety Instructor who shall be directly responsible to the Community Life Aquatics & Sports Manager and who shall possess the qualifications and perform all job duties as indicated in the job description prepared by the Mayor and Community Life Director.
