141.06 COMMUNITY LIFE AQUATICS MANAGER AND COMMUNITY LIFE SPORTS MANAGER.

   (a)   There is hereby created the position of full-time Community Life Aquatics Manager who will serve at the pleasure of the Mayor and who is directly responsible to the Director of Community Life and the Community Life Supervisor for the management and operation of the outdoor municipal pool facility during the summer season and the operation of all aquatic programs at the indoor municipal swimming pool facility year-round.

   (b)   The Community Life Aquatics Manager shall possess the qualifications and perform all job duties for this position as indicated in the job description for this position prepared by the Mayor and Community Life Director.

   (c)   There is hereby created the position of full-time Community Life Sports Manager who will serve at the pleasure of the Mayor and who is directly responsible to the Director of Community Life and the Community Life Supervisor and who shall plan, coordinate, and implement fitness and sports programming for adults and youth.

   (d)   The Community Life Sports Manager shall possess the qualifications and perform all job duties for this position as indicated in the job description for this position prepared by the Mayor and Community Life Director.
