(c) Senior Citizen Grass-Cutting and Snow-Plowing Programs. Unless otherwise indicated in this section, all participants in the senior citizen grass-cutting and snow-plowing programs must have reached the age of 65 at the time application is made for participation in said programs. Residents who have established a disability pursuant to federal law may also participate in the programs provided for in this subsection. These services may be available on a “first-come, first-served” registration basis only. Due to budgetary constraints, the City reserves the right to establish a maximum number of participants in these programs.
(1) All eligible applicants, at the time of filing an application to participate in the senior-citizen grass-cutting program, shall pay an application fee of thirty-five dollars ($35.00), which shall be used to help defray the costs of said program.
