1339.11 DEMOLITION DEPOSIT.

   All persons or entities making application for a permit to demolish a building and/or structure within the City of Bedford Heights shall deposit with the City’s Building Official the sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00) to insure that the demolition of such building and/or structure is performed in accordance with all requirements of the Codified Ordinances and/or Ohio Revised Code. The Building Official shall not return this deposit to the person or entities unless and until he/she finds that the demolition and restoration of the real property upon which the demolished building and/or structure was located has been properly restored in accordance with all city and state requirements.
