1375.10 RENTAL LICENSE FEES.

(a) All rental units comprised of single-family dwellings, two-family dwellings, duplex or suite within a duplex shall pay the following fees for a Rental License. The fees cover a twelve (12) month period of time, after which the Rental License must be renewed. The fees shall be determined as follows:

$50.00 base fee plus $50.00 for each unit.

(b) Any Rental License issued under this chapter shall be valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date issued unless the occupancy permit issued under this chapter is revoked. Upon revocation of the occupancy permit, the Rental License is automatically revoked. (Ord. 2010-052. Passed 4-20-10.)
