1341.02 NOTICE TO CITY OF FORECLOSURE FILING; FEE.

(a) Any person who files a complaint in any court of competent jurisdiction for foreclosure involving real property located within the City of Bedford Heights on which there is a building or structure shall notify the City of the filing of the foreclosure complaint and shall file a complete copy of the foreclosure complaint with the Housing Coordinator within ten days after the filing of that complaint with the relevant court. The notice to the City shall be on a form as prescribed by the Housing Coordinator.

(b) The fee for filing a notice of foreclosure shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00) and shall be paid at the time the notice is filed with the Housing Coordinator as provided herein. (Ord. 2009-078. Passed 5-5-09.)
