954.03 MAYOR'S RIGHT TO REFUSE PERMIT FOR USE AND RENTAL OF THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING.
   The Mayor shall have the right to reject any application for use and rental of the Municipal Building or parts thereof if he or she believes in good faith that the purposes for which the premises sought to be used and rented will be used for any illegal or immoral purpose or that their use and occupancy by the applicant will result in excessive noise, destruction of real or personal property in or about the premises or otherwise be detrimental to the health, safety and welfare of the inhabitants of the Municipality.
