953.01 USE AND RENTAL OF PORTIONS OF THE COMMUNITY CENTER.

The Mayor is hereby authorized from time to time, upon written application therefor in such form as he or she prescribes, to permit the use and rental of such portions of the Community Center as in his or her opinion may be available for use and required by the applicant on the days requested by such applicant, upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
