561.01 DECLARATION OF NUISANCES.

   The following activities occurring on residential or commercial property within the City of Bedford Heights, and engaged in by an owner, occupant or invitee of the owner, occupant or person in charge of commercial (including retail, restaurant and liquor establishments) or residential property (including individual apartment and condominium units), are hereby declared to be public nuisances:

   (a)   Any animal violations under Sections 505.01 (dogs and other animals running at large), 505.05 (killing or injuring animals), 505.07 (cruelty to animals), 505.08 (nuisance conditions prohibited; animal excrement), or 505.20 (vicious dogs) of the Codified Ordinances;

   (b)   Any disorderly conduct, disturbance of the peace or other violation of Chapter 509 of the Codified Ordinances;

   (c)   Any drug abuse violation under Chapter 513 of the Codified Ordinances;

   (d)   Any gambling violation under Chapter 517 of the Codified Ordinances;

   (e)   Any health, safety or sanitation violation under Chapter 521 of the Codified Ordinances;

   (f)   Any obstruction of official business violation under Section 525.07 of the Codified Ordinances;

   (g)   Any alcohol violations under Chapter 529 of the Codified Ordinances;

   (h)   Any sex offenses under Section 533.07 (public indecency), 533.08 (procuring), 533.09 (soliciting) or 533.10 (prostitution) of the Codified Ordinances;

   (i)   Any offense against another person under Sections 537.03 (assault), 537.04 (negligent assault), 537.05 (aggravated menacing), 537.06 (menacing), 537.07 (endangering children), 537.12 (misuse of 9-1-1), or 537.18 (contributing to unruliness and delinquency), of the Codified Ordinances;

   (j)   Any offense against property under Sections 541.03 (criminal damaging or endangering) or 541.04 (criminal mischief) of the Codified Ordinances;

   (k)   Any littering under Section 521.12 of the Codified Ordinances;

   (l)   Any theft violation under Section 545.05 (petty theft), 545.08 (unauthorized use of property), or 545.19 (possession of criminal tools) of the Codified Ordinances;

   (m)   Any weapon, explosives, firearm or handgun violation under Chapter 549 of the Codified Ordinances;

   (n)   Any noise citation under Chapter 511 of the Codified Ordinances; and

   (o)   Any fireworks violation under Section 1519.04 of the Codified Ordinances.
