111.32 AUTHORIZATION PROCEDURE FOR CITY GRANTS.

(b) Grants Requiring Matching City Funds. Any City grants requiring matching City funds must be taken before the Council Finance Committee and the Finance Director for approval. Any legislation to authorize the Mayor to apply for the same or to authorize acceptance of any such City grants received shall be passed after or contingent upon such approval by the Council Finance Committee and the Finance Director.
