An annual monitoring fee of $500.00, in the form of a check payable to the City of Bedford Heights, will be due by March 1st of each year and is to be submitted to the City Finance Director with the annual Job Creation Grant Report. The annual fee will be used to offset costs and expenses associated with program administration.
