181.01 ESTABLISHED.

There is hereby established the City of Bedford Heights Job Creation Grant Program to offer incentives to eligible companies or businesses to establish or expand within the City of Bedford Heights and to create and retain jobs under the terms and conditions as indicated in this Chapter.
