121.06 OFFICE OF HOUSING COORDINATOR.
   The Office of the Housing Coordinator is created under Chapter 749, Housing Delivery System The personnel of the Housing Coordinator Office shall be appointed by the Mayor and serve at the pleasure of the Mayor and receive such compensation as Council may from time to time provide. The duties and responsibilities of the personnel of the Housing Coordinator Office shall be as set forth in the City’s Employee Job Descriptions and as the same are hereafter amended and approved by the Mayor and the Director of Community and Economic Development. Such employees shall be at least eighteen (18) years of age and a high school graduate or possess equivalent experience and/or relevant education. Such employees shall receive such benefits as indicated under Chapter 157, Employees Generally and be under the direct supervision of the Director of Economic and Community Development and the general supervision of the Mayor.
