755.99 PENALTY.

(a) Anyone who violates any provisions contained in this Chapter for which no specific penalty has otherwise been provided shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.

(b) Each day that an Adult Entertainment Business or Adult Motel operates in violation of this Chapter shall be deemed a separate offense or violation.
