755.22 INJUNCTION.

(a) Any person who operates or causes to be operated an Adult Entertainment Business or Adult Motel in violation of any provision contained in this Chapter, in addition to the criminal sanctions provided for in this Chapter, is subject to a civil proceeding for injunctive and other relief which may be afforded by any court of competent jurisdiction.
