755.14 SUSPENSION.

   (a)   Other than for those matters for which license revocation may occur, the City may suspend an Adult Business License for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days if it determines that a licensee:

      (1)   Has violated or is not in compliance with any Section of this Chapter; or

      (2)   Has knowingly allowed an employee to violate or fail to comply with any Section of this Chapter.

   (b)   The City may suspend an Adult Business License for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days if it determines that a licensee or his or her employee or agent has refused to allow an inspection of the licensed Adult Entertainment Business or Adult Motel premises as authorized by this Chapter.

   (c)   Other than for those matters for which license revocation may occur, the City may suspend an Adult Entertainment Employee License for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days if it determines that a licensee has violated or is not in compliance with any Section of this Chapter.

   (d)   The Building Commissioner shall advise the licensee in writing of the reason(s) for any suspension.
