755.06 ADULT ENTERTAINMENT EMPLOYEE LICENSE REQUIRED; PENALTY.

(a) No person shall act as an employee, as defined in Section 755.02 of this Chapter, on the premises of an Adult Entertainment Business or an Adult Motel established or altered after the effective date of this Ordinance without having secured an Adu

lt Entertainment Employee License or annual renewal thereof pursuant to this Chapter.

(b) Any person who violates this Section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
