755.05 ADULT BUSINESS LICENSE REQUIRED; PENALTY.

(1) Operate an Adult Entertainment Business or an Adult Motel established or altered after the effective date of this Ordinance without a valid Adult Business License issued by the City pursuant to this Chapter.

(2) In connection with operating an Adult Entertainment Business or an Adult Motel, retain the services of a person as an employee, as defined in Section 755.02 of this Chapter, who is not licensed as an Adult Entertainment Employee by the City pursuant to this Chapter.

(b) Any person who violates subsection (a)(1) of this Section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
